Chef Keith Hansen

Keith is firstly a faithful Catholic husband and father of ten children, five earth-side. He has had a passion for food since he was a child, asking his Grandma June to teach him how to cook. He began his career at Mondo’s Tomato Pie in West Des Moines, IA learning from Chef Brian much of what he knows today. He went on to work for a few other bistros and restaurants, served as an Executive Dining Chef at Sprint, has managed several thousand lunches going out to several schools for Treat America, and most recently helped the Fantasma family manage Paradise Locker Meats for ten years. He recently returned to his passion of loving others well with his delicious food and servant’s heart.

This verse has spoken to Keith often in his life as we were raising babies and trying to keep them all diapered and fed. Trusting in the Lord’s providence has been one the greatest graces we have received in this life.
